Shipping

At Wallnuts Climbing Centre, our goal is to always offer you the best shipping and pick-up options. We aim to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed. If we currently don't have a product in stock and requires shipping to the province, this will take an additional 7-10 business days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our facility to your destination. Within Newfoundland, this should take 1-3 business days. Canadian orders could take up to 7-10 business days.

We currently offer shipping to most addresses within Canada. If you are outside Canada, or if your address is not accepted for shipping at checkout, please contact us directly for assistance, and we will explore alternative arrangements.
